Magical Fairyland Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in any of the activities, shoppers agree to participate in such promotional activity and material as Link Group or its appointed organiser may require.


2. All shoppers are required to fill up an indemnity form to participate in the Magical Fairyland event.


3. Shoppers must be an L Privileges member to participate and/or receive e-Voucher(s) or Points as prizes (if available).


4. To participate in the Magical Fairyland, a minimum spend of $30 in one (1) same-day, same-mall receipt is required. Each receipt is entitled to one (1) FREE access to the Fairyland.


5. Children below age of 7 or under 120cm in height must be accompanied by an adult.


6. Redemption of the rewards upon completion of event playbook is based on first-come, first-served and while stocks last basis.


7. Winners of the weekend challenge will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the challenge criteria as specified by the organiser.


8. Prizes are available while stocks last, are non-exchangeable and will be awarded immediately upon verification of the winning attempt by the event staff.


9. The organisers reserve the right to make any changes to the schedule, rules, prizes and/or other aspects of the challenges without prior notice.

Christmas Campaign 2025 Social Media Contest Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the Christmas Campaign 2025 (“The Campaign”) social media contest (“Contest”), unless otherwise stated.

Introduction

1. This Contest is exclusive to members of the L Privileges Programme (“L Privileges”). Contestants may download the L Privileges app (“App”) and sign up as a new member (or log in as an existing member) to qualify and participate.


2. This Contest is organized by Link Property Management (Redwood) Private Limited (“Link”) and is governed by these T&Cs.


3. By participating, members accept and agree to be bound by these T&Cs and decisions made by Link.

Campaign Period

4. The campaign period is from 0000 hrs on 13 November 2025 to 2359 hrs on 28 December 2025 (both dates inclusive).


5. Link reserves the right to adjust the campaign period at its discretion.

Entering the Contest

6. Members must post a video on any of their social media accounts (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok) with the following criteria:

• Include the official hashtag #LinkXmasFairy in the caption


• Video must include all AR expressions (e.g., Wink, Smile, Tilt your head) and the final Fairy Persona reveal


• Follow and tag @jurongpoint, @swingbyattp, and @amk_hub in the caption

7. Only entries submitted during the campaign period will be considered.


8. Each member may submit multiple entries; duplicates across platforms count as a single entry.


9. Members bear all costs related to participation.

Eligibility

10. The Contest is open to all L Privileges members with a valid account during the campaign period. Members warrant that their App profile information is accurate.


11. Members must have public (not private) social media accounts during the Contest.


12. The following persons are not eligible:

• Employees (permanent or contract) of Link and its affiliates


• Agencies/service providers engaged by Link and their employees & immediate family members

13. Link has sole discretion to determine participant eligibility.

Contest and Prizes

14. Winners will be determined on 9 January 2026. There will be three winners, each receiving a $200 L Privileges e-Voucher.


15. Winners will be notified via social media and may be asked to provide verification details.


16. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, the prize will be forfeited.


17. Digital prizes will be credited to the winner’s L Privileges account within 21 days.


18. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.


19. Link may replace prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.


20. Link may disqualify winners who fail verification or breach T&Cs.


21. Link may revoke prizes and report fraudulent acts where necessary.

Use of Personal Data

23. By entering, members agree to Link’s Privacy Policy and consent to use of their personal data for Contest administration, including:

• identity verification and prize fulfilment


• fraud prevention


• responding to queries


• marketing and promotional communication


• consumer analysis and market research


• regulatory compliance

Link may use winners’ names, images, voices and likenesses for publicity without compensation.

24. Consent provided supplements any prior consents.

Liability and Responsibility

25. Link shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death except where caused by its gross negligence.


26. Link is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or technical failures affecting participation.

General

27. Link’s decisions regarding the Contest are final.


28. Link may void, cancel, amend or suspend the Contest at any time.


29. All trademarks and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.


30. These T&Cs prevail over conflicting promotional materials.


31. No third parties have rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act.


32. The Contest is governed by Singapore law.
