1. About L Privileges Loyalty Programme

a. What is the L Privileges loyalty programme?

L Privileges is a loyalty programme that rewards members with Points when they make purchases in participating malls. The participating malls include Jurong Point, Thomson Plaza (Swing By @ Thomson Plaza), and AMK Hub.

When a member’s spending is validated using the Retailer Terminal Devices at participating retailers, Points will be issued and stored in the member’s wallet. These Points can subsequently be exchanged for e-Vouchers and/or carpark credits*.

*Carpark credits are available for redemption only at Jurong Point and AMK Hub.

b. Who is this loyalty programme for?

This loyalty programme is for anyone residing in Singapore as it will benefit you with rewards for eligible spend at participating malls and retailers. It is also great for those who are looking for exciting events and promotions and want to be in the know!

2. About the New L Privileges App

a. Do I need to sign up for a new account when I download the L Privileges app?

For existing M Malls members, you can continue to use the same account by performing a one-time verification to activate your account with the registered mobile number.

Once your account is successfully verified, your registered profile and all unexpired and unused rewards will automatically be transferred to the L Privileges app.

b. How do I activate my account on the L Privileges app?

There will be a one-time verification process when you login to the L Privileges app for the first time.

c. I have forgotten my login details. How do I activate my account?

You may use the Forgot Password feature at the log in screen. Key in your registered email address and follow the instructions on screen to reset your password.

d. What are the differences between M Malls app and L Privileges app?

There are no major changes between both apps. You can continue to use the L Privileges app just like how you always do.

e. Do I need to enter my personal details again on the L Privileges app?

No, there is no need to enter your personal details again on the L Privileges app. Upon verification, your personal details will automatically be transferred to the L Privileges app.

f. Is there a deadline to update to the L Privileges app? Can I continue to use the M Malls App without downloading the new L Privileges app?

As the M Malls app will no longer be available for use from 31 March 2023, 10pm, all members are required to download the new L Privileges app from 1 April 2023 to continue to enjoy the perks and benefits.

g. What will happen to my M Points, Vouchers, Carpark Credits and Coupons?

Your registered profile and all unexpired and unused rewards (including M Points) in your e-Wallet will automatically be transferred to the L Privileges app once you have completed the one-time verification process.

h. Will my accumulated spending & spending tier be reset?

Your current accumulated spending will continue to accrue based on the consecutive 12-month spending criteria when transiting to the L Privileges app.

i. Will I lose my Gold Status with the change?

No, there will be no change to your current Gold Member status. For maintain your Gold Member status, you will need to continue to meet a minimum spending criterion of $8,000 in a consecutive 12-month qualification period.

j. Is there a change in the method of earning points?

No, there is no change in the method of earning points at the participating retailers. Transactions spend must be scanned at the retail outlets on the same-day of purchase to earn points (except supermarkets and food courts unless otherwise stated).

k. Will NTUC Club members continue to enjoy the 1.5X spending?

Yes, eligible NTUC Club members with a valid NTUC membership will continue to enjoy 1.5X spending when transiting to the new programme.

l. Retailer could not scan the QR Code in the L Privileges app, what should I do?

You may proceed to the customer service counter at Jurong Point Level 3/ AMK Hub Level 2 or write in to our new email address at hello@LPrivileges.com to seek assistance.

m. Will the expiry dates of the points / carpark credits change?

No, the expiry dates of the points /carpark credits for existing rewards will not change when automatically transferred from the old to the new app.

n. Are there changes in the method of redeeming rewards?

The method of redemption remains the same in the L Privileges app until further notice.

o. Are there changes in the method of utilising rewards?

No, all app features remain the same and members can continue to use the same way to utilize rewards on the new mobile app. For voucher & coupon usage, present member QR code and coupon QR code respectively at the outlet.

p. Can I still transfer Points to my friend’s account?

Yes, you can continue to transfer Points to the existing and linked friend's account. The terms of linked account and expiry of transferred Points will also remain the same.

q. Can I still utilise my M Malls physical vouchers?

No, we no longer accept M Malls physical vouchers.

r. What are the payment options available on the L Privileges App?

Payment by credit card, Apple Pay & Google Pay are available. Denominations of $10 & $50 L Privileges E-Voucher are available for purchase via these payment options on the app.

3. Membership & Registration

a. How do I qualify to sign up as a member?

L Privileges is open to all shoppers aged 16 years and above at the time of application, residing in Singapore and with a verified Singapore mobile number. Do note that you must be aged 16 years old and above to make any redemption/purchase via the L Privileges app. Members aged below 18 years are required to read the Terms of Use with your parents/guardian before using the L Privileges app.

b. How do I sign up as a member?

You may sign up/login into your account by the following methods:

Mobile: Download the “L Privileges” app from the App Store (for iOS mobile devices) or Google Play Store (for Android mobile devices) and register with your personal information. Complete the mobile OTP verification process and you are now ready to start earning your Points and enjoy membership perks.

Website: Register on our website at www.LPrivileges.com with your personal information. Do note that functions such as accumulation of Points and utilizing of vouchers are only available via the mobile app.

Customer Service Counters: You may also sign up at the Customer Service Counters located at Jurong Point and AMK Hub. Do note that functions such as accumulation of Points and utilizing of vouchers are only available via the L Privileges app.

For spend at the Supermarkets/hypermarkets in Jurong Point and AMK Hub (NTUC FairPrice / FairPrice Xtra), refer to 5b.

c. How do I download the L Privileges app?

Download the “LPrivileges” app from the App Store (for iOS mobile devices) or Google Play Store (for Android mobile devices).

d. Can I still sign up without using a mobile device?

You may wish to register as a member of L Privileges via our website at www.LPrivileges.com or the Customer Service Counters located at Jurong Point and AMK Hub. Do download the L Privileges app to get access to the full benefits of the programme, such as points accumulation and rewards redemption.

e. Can I still sign up without an email address?

Email address is a mandatory field except for shoppers above the age of 55.

f. Do I need to activate my L Privileges account at the Customer Service Counter?

There is no activation process required once you have validated your account. Activation is immediate upon completion of registration through the L Privileges app or website. With the L Privileges app, you can begin to earn Points at participating retailers in participating malls.

g. Is there a membership fee?

Membership is entirely free.

h. How many membership types are there?

There are 3 membership types – Basic, NTUC Member and Gold. 

For NTUC membership* validation, member is required to provide the last 4 characters of your NRIC/FIN (3 digits + 1 alphabet). Members will also need to ensure that the following details that you have used to sign-up for your NTUC membership and L Privileges membership are the same – 
• Last 4 characters of the NRIC/FIN (3 digits + 1 alphabet)
• Mobile number 
• Date of birth 

Validation checks for NTUC memberships will be done on the 14th of each month. Only upon successful validation will a member be recognised and earn accelerated Points. 

i. What is the difference between the membership types?

The 3 membership types enjoy a different point accumulation rate for eligible transactions. All membership types require a minimum purchase of $20 in a single receipt at participating retailers to earn Points. Points are calculated on a per receipt basis and rounded down to the nearest dollar(S$) before points conversion.

j. Is there an expiry to my membership?

Basic membership does not expire; however, your Points, Carpark credits and redeemed rewards have a validity period.

NTUC membership is dependent on the expiry/renewal of your membership with NTUC. You may check your NTUC membership status by calling the hotline at 6213 8008 or email membership@ntuc.org.sg.  

Validation checks for NTUC memberships will be done on the 14th of each month. Only upon successful validation will a member be recognised and earn accelerated Points. 

To enjoy Gold membership, you are required to spend S$8,000 over a cumulative 12 months. For Gold members who wish to continue enjoying Gold membership perks after the 12-month period, simply spend another S$8,000 to qualify.

k. How do I upgrade to another membership type?

You will automatically be upgraded from the Basic membership type to the Gold membership type once you meet the minimum spending criteria of S$8,000 within a 12-month period.

l. Why is my membership downgraded?

To qualify for and remain in Gold membership type, you will need to meet a minimum spending criteria of S$8,000 in a consecutive 12-month qualification period.

m. How do I renew my membership?

Unless the membership is terminated or suspended, your membership will be valid as long as the L Privileges programme is in operation. Basic membership does not expire.
For Gold members, your membership status will be renewed or downgraded based on your total spend in the 12 months of membership period.

n. Is the membership transferable?

No, L Privileges membership is non-transferrable. Friends and family members who are keen on enjoying the same benefits can sign up as a member.

o. How can I update my membership profile?

You can update your membership profile details through the L Privileges app under My Account > Profile or via our website at www.LPrivileges.com.
Alternatively, please visit our Customer Service Counters at Jurong Point or AMK Hub to update your personal information.

p. How can I find out more about the L Privileges promotions and deals?

We will communicate the latest happenings to members firsthand via the L Privileges app and email. Members may opt in to receive marketing communications such as app push notification, email or SMS.

q. I have signed up as a L Privileges member at the Customer Service Counter but I do not have a password. How do I log in via the L Privileges app or website?

You can create a password by clicking on >> “Forgot Password” via the L Privileges app or our website at www.LPrivileges.com. You need to have your email registered when you sign up.

r. Can I change my password?

Yes, you may do so on the L Privileges app by clicking on “Change Password” via the “My Profile” page. Alternatively, your password can also be reset via our website at www.LPrivileges.com.

s. I am a NTUC member. Why is my membership not recognised?

With effect from 21 August 2019, L Privileges will only be collecting the last 4 characters of your NRIC/FIN for NTUC membership validation.  
For validation to take place smoothly, members will need to ensure that the following details that you have used to sign up for your NTUC membership and L Privileges membership are the same – 
• Last 4 characters of the NRIC/FIN (3 digits + 1 alphabet)
• Mobile number 
• Date of birth

Should any of this information provided differ for the two membership programmes, your NTUC membership will not be recognised and the NTUC membership perk of 1.5 times Points accumulation rate will not apply.

t. I have signed up as a L Privileges member. Can I earn Point(s) and redeem reward(s) for past transactions?

No, Point(s) and reward(s) can only be earned / redeemed on the same day or after the membership registration date. (e.g.: If membership registration date falls on 1 April 2024, purchases before 1 April 2024 will not qualify for Point(s) earnings and reward redemption).

4. Programme Mechanics

a. When can I start earning Points for my spending?

You will be able to start earning as soon as you successfully sign-up and/or login to your account via the L Privileges app.

b. Is there a minimum spend to earn reward Points?

A minimum spending of S$20 per receipt is required to earn Points.

Calculation of the Points is rounded down to the nearest dollar ($) (e.g. S$50.80 = $50)

Receipts cannot be combined to meet the minimum spend required to earn Points. 

c. Does earning of Points apply to all retailers within the participating malls?

The earning of Points is only applicable at all participating retailers. Transactions at the following retailers/services are not eligible for earning of Points:

-Money changer / Banks / ATM / Financial Services
- NETS / Credit / Debit Cards transaction slips
- Pushcarts
- Temporary vendors at promotional spaces e.g. atrium
- SISTIC, AXS / SAM payments, Bill payments
- Cashcard / Stored Value Cards Top-Up transactions
- Lottery tickets / Movie tickets / Pawn shops
- Purchase of Mall/ Retailers gift vouchers/Stored Value Cards Top-Up Transactions
- Medical Clinics / Dental Clinics / Recruitment agencies
- Online Purchases

d. Which are the participating retailers of the L Privileges programme?

The updated list of participating tenants of the L Privileges programme can be found here https://www.LPrivileges.com/store. Do check back the website as participating tenants may change from time to time.

e. How long will the Points be valid / When will Points expire?

Points earned from 1 Jan to 30 Jun will expire by Sep in the same year

Points earned from 1 Jul to 31 Dec will expire by Mar in the following year

f. What birthday perks will I get to enjoy?

Enjoy additional double Points for the 1st successful transaction in your birthday month.

g. Can I earn Points for purchases made by another person (e.g. family member)?

Points can only be awarded for your own purchases. The Management reserves the right to forfeit the points earned and/or suspend or terminate your Membership.

a. What are the available rewards?

Members can redeem for rewards, such as e-Vouchers and carpark credits using their Points. E-Vouchers are valid for 12 months upon redemption and can be used at participating retailers across the participating malls.

b. Where can I view my available Points?

You can view your available Points via the L Privileges app, website at www.LPrivileges.com or enquire at any of the Customer Service Counters at Jurong Point or AMK Hub.

c. How can I redeem for rewards?

You may convert your Points to available rewards such as e-Vouchers or carpark credits through the L Privileges app or through our website at www.LPrivileges.com.

d. Are Points transferable?

Members may link their accounts with another member to transfer their non-expired Points to each other, tap on the “Transfer Points” under “Wallet” page in the L Privileges app to get started.

Please note that each member can only link his/her Membership Account to another Membership Account once at any given time. Members may unlink their accounts at any time; however, they can only link with another member after 1-year from the last account linking date (e.g. if the date of the last linkage was 1 Jan 2023, member can only link their account again on 1 Jan 2024).

6. Earning of Points

a. How do I earn Points?

To be eligible to earn Points for a Qualifying Purchase, each purchase must be made by you personally at a Participating Retailer’s store and must amount to a minimum of SGD20.00 nett in a single receipt.

    1. Inform the staff at participating retailers that you are an L Privileges member and wish to earn Points.

    2. Present your membership QR code to be scanned (found in your L Privileges app)

    3. Once payment is made, the Points will be awarded to your account immediately.

 

Purchases before membership registration date will not qualify for Point(s) earning.

b. How do I earn Points for my receipt at the Supermarkets/hypermarkets in AMK Hub and Jurong Point (NTUC FairPrice / FairPrice Xtra)?

1. Simply bring along the original receipt to the participating mall’s Customer Service Counter.
2. Present your membership QR code to be scanned (found in your L Privileges app)
3. Once verified, Points will be awarded to your account immediately.

All eligible Supermarkets/Hypermarkets receipts (physical & digital) have to be presented within 24 hours from time of purchase to be eligible to earn Points.

c. How do I earn Points for my spend (with both physical & digital receipts) at FairPrice Finest in Thomson Plaza?

Simply bring along the original receipt or present the digital receipt in your FairPrice app to the FairPrice Finest Customer Service Counter to accumulate Points for your spend in the Supermarket. 

All eligible FairPrice Finest receipts have to be presented within 24 hours from the date of purchase to be eligible to earn Points.

(Receipt dated 1 August must be presented by 2 August to be eligible to earn points) 
 

d. How do I earn Points for my spend at the Foodcourts (e.g. Foodfare, Malaysia Boleh, Kopitiam)?

1. Simply bring along the original receipt to the participating mall’s Customer Service counters and inform our representatives that you would like to accumulate Points for your spend in the Foodcourt.
2. Present your membership QR to be scanned (found in your L Privileges app)
3. Once verified, Points will be awarded to your account immediately.

All eligible Foodcourts receipts have to be presented within 24 hours from date of purchase to be eligible to earn Points.
(Receipt dated 1 August must be presented by 2 August to be eligible to earn Points)

Depending on your membership tier, there is a cap to the points earned per day based on the date of purchase on the receipt.

Koufu at Thomson Plaza is not a participating retailer of the programme.

e. How do I earn Points for my spend at Unity outlets located within FairPrice Xtra?

Unity receipts from the following outlets are required to be brought to the respective Mall’s Customer Service Counter. 
• Unity at Jurong Point – Located in FairPrice Xtra, JP2 #03-01/02
• Unity at AMK Hub – Located in FairPrice Xtra, #B2-40 

1. Simply bring along the original receipt to the participating mall’s Customer Service counters and inform our representatives that you would like to accumulate Points for your spend at Unity.
2. Present your membership QR to be scanned (found in your L Privileges app)
3. Once verified, Points will be awarded to your account immediately.

All eligible Unity receipts from the outlets located in FairPrice Xtra at participating malls have to be presented within 24 hours from time of purchase to be eligible to earn Points.
(Receipt dated 1 August, 10am, must be presented by 2 August, 10am to be eligible to earn Points)

f. How do I earn Points for my spend at standalone Unity outlets?

A minimum spending of S$20 on a single receipt is required to qualify for Points. Points can be earned directly at the Unity outlets. 
1. Inform the staff at Unity that you are a L Privileges member and wish to earn Points.
2. Present your membership QR code to be scanned (found in your L Privileges app)
3. Once payment is made, the Points will be awarded to your account immediately.

g. Can I extend the expiry of my Points?

No. Strictly no extension of expiry of Points is allowed.

h. Can I still earn Points if I forgot to inform the staff at participating retailers that I am a L Privileges member?

No. Points can only be earned at point of sale.

i. What are the changes to Earning of Points at Don Don Donki (Jurong Point)?

From 17 February 2025 08:00h, Don Don Donki (Jurong Point) will no longer be classified as “Supermarket / Hypermarket” under L Privileges loyalty programme.

Shoppers can now earn more Points when they spend at Don Don Donki at Jurong Point. Please refer to “Participating Retailers” column for the earn rate. Points awarded will continue to be based on members’ Membership Tier.

For any purchases made at Don Don Donki before 17 February 2025 08:00h, there will not be retrospective Points awarded as backdated receipts are not accepted.

7. Rewards Redemption

a. How do I redeem rewards?

You can go to “Catalogue” in L Privileges mobile app and select the reward that you wish to redeem. You may redeem as many rewards as long as you have sufficient points. Once redeemed, the e-Voucher(s) will be stored in the Member’s Wallet.

 

Please note that each L Privileges account is only allowed to hold a limit of $1,000 worth of E-Vouchers.

b. How do I use the e-Voucher?

1. For e-Vouchers, inform staff at participating retailers that you are a member of L Privileges and have e-vouchers to use.
2. Scan your membership QR (found in the L Privileges app) at participating retailers and inform the staff to use your preferred e-Voucher(s) before payment (eg. by validity/by denomination).
3. Members can gift their E-vouchers to anyone. Tap on the E-voucher to be gifted under “Wallet” page and enter the phone number of the recipient. The E-voucher's terms and conditions and expiry date will remain the same.

 

Please note that each L Privileges account is only allowed to hold a limit of $1,000 worth of E-Vouchers.

c. Can I use E-Vouchers at Supermarkets/Hypermarkets (NTUC FairPrice/Fairprice Xtra/FairPrice Finest)?

Yes. Member will need to exchange your L Privileges E-Vouchers for FairPrice vouchers (physical) to be used at the respective supermarkets/hypermarkets in Jurong Point, Thomson Plaza and AMK Hub.

Step 1: Member to redeem E-Voucher via the L Privileges app. E-Voucher will be downloaded in your ‘Wallet’. (Note: Only E-Vouchers valid for use at supermarkets/ hypermarkets can be exchanged)

d. Can I use E-Vouchers at the Foodcourts within the participating malls (e.g. Foodfare, Malaysia Boleh, Kopitiam)?

No. L Privileges E-Vouchers cannot be used at the Foodcourts within the participating malls (Jurong Point, Swing By @ Thomson Plaza and AMK Hub). You may however still earn Points for qualifying purchases at the Foodcourts.

1. Simply bring along the original receipt to the participating mall’s Customer Service counters and inform our representatives that you would like to accumulate points for your spend in the Foodcourt.

2. Present your membership QR to be scanned (found in your L Privileges app)

3. Once verified, Points will be awarded to your account immediately.

All eligible Foodcourts receipts have to be presented within 24 hours from date of purchase to be eligible to earn Points.

Koufu at Thomson Plaza is not a participating retailer of the programme.

e. The participating retailer selected the wrong E-Voucher to use at point of purchase. What can I do?

Members must inform the participating retailer to use the correct E-Vouchers before payment. Once the E-Voucher has been utilised at point of purchase, the E-Voucher is non- refundable and non-reversible.

f. I changed my mind after converting my Points to carpark credits. Can I change to the e-Vouchers instead?

Once redeemed, the points are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

g. How do I know when my Points are deducted?

You can check the transaction history by going to your “Wallet” >> “Vouchers” or “Carpark” via the L Privileges app or our website at www.LPrivileges.com.

8. Carpark Credits Redemption

a. How do I redeem carpark credits using my Points?

You can convert your Points to carpark credits* via the L Privileges app or on our website at www.LPrivileges.com

*Carpark credits can be used at Jurong Point and AMK Hub only.

b. Are the carpark credits limited to one registered car? What if I have more than 1 car and drive different car to the malls from time to time?

The carpark credits are only for members who have their vehicle number and IU number registered in the account. This is limited to 1 registered car per member’s account. The vehicle number and IU number must not have already been registered under another member’s account.

c. What happens if I registered the wrong vehicle and/or IU number?

Member must ensure that the vehicle and IU number have been entered correctly before you redeem carpark credits. Once carpark credits are redeemed (even if incorrect vehicle and/or IU number is registered) the carpark credits are non-refundable and non-extendable.

d. How does the carpark charges deduction work with carpark credits?

Before exiting the carpark, you need to have unulitised and unexpired carpark credits (Points converted to carpark credits) in your L Privileges app “Wallet”. Upon exiting, your available carpark credits would automatically be deducted first. Balance parking charges, if any, will be deducted from your cashcard.

e. How many Points can I convert to carpark credits?

There is no limit to the number of points you can use to convert. 1,000 Points is required to convert to S$1 carpark credit. Please allow up to 15 minutes lead time for the carpark credits to be available in your Wallet.

f. What is the expiry date for my carpark credits?

Depending on the period of which you performed the conversion, your carpark credits will expire on either 31 Mar or 30 Sept of each calendar year.

g. How do I know when my carpark credits are expiring?

You can check the expiry date of the converted carpark credits via the L Privileges app or our website at www.LPrivileges.com.

h. How do I use the carpark credits after redemption?

Convert your points to carpark credits via the L Privileges mobile app or our website at www.LPrivileges.com at least 15 minutes before leaving the mall. The redeemed carpark credits will be deducted upon exit; there is no need to remove your cash card.

i. Can I extend the usage period of the carpark credits?

The validity period of the carpark credits cannot be extended. Once redeemed, carpark credits are non–refundable.

j. Are my carpark credits transferable?

Carpark credits are non-transferrable.

k. Where can I find the parking rates?

Rates are listed in the L Privileges app. It can also be found on the respective participating malls’ websites.

9. Bulk Purchase of L Privileges E-Vouchers

a. Why are there no physical vouchers for bulk purchase?

We have phased out the sale of physical vouchers since April 2023, to offer a more convenient and fuss-free way of managing vouchers.

b. Why should I use E-Vouchers?

E-Vouchers offer a lot of benefits such as the below:

  • You can easily access them in the L Privileges E-Wallet, anytime anywhere.
  • You no longer need to worry about lost, torn, or defaced paper vouchers.
  • You can easily gift the E-Vouchers to your family or friends, whenever and wherever you are.

c. Which are the participating malls or shops that accept E-Vouchers?

E-Vouchers are accepted at over 600 shops in Jurong Point, Swing By @ Thomson Plaza and AMK Hub.

For a complete list of participating retailers, you can simply find it on the L Privileges App or visit https://www.lprivileges.com/stores for more details.

d. How do I purchase E-Vouchers for my events or functions?

There are 3 methods to purchase our E-Vouchers depending on your requirements and how you wish for the recipients to receive the E-Vouchers.

1. Via L Privileges Mobile App
2. Via Customer Service counters at Jurong Point/ AMK Hub
3. Via Order Form (for unique reward codes)

e. What are the payment modes available and can I request for an invoice/receipt?

Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or UEN PayNow upon confirmation of your order. You may also request for an invoice when required.

f. Can the E-Vouchers be awarded first before payment is made?

No, E-Vouchers and/or codes will be issued up to 3 working days upon receipt of payment.

g. What is the minimum or maximum amount one can purchase?

The minimum amount is $100 and cap at $100,000 per purchase per person or company.

Note: Each recipient's L Privileges account is only allowed to hold a limit of $1,000 worth of E-Vouchers

h. What are the E-Voucher denominations available?

The available denomination for bulk purchase of E-Vouchers will be $10, with a minimum purchase of $100.

On the L Privileges Mobile App, you may purchase E-Vouchers in $10 and $50 denominations. Limited to $1,000 worth of E-Vouchers per account.

i. How do the recipients get their E-Vouchers?

A list of unique reward codes will be sent to your email within 7 working days upon receiving payment. Upon receiving the codes, you may send to each of your recipient.

 

Recipients only need to follow these 3 simple steps:

  1. Download & login / signup for an L Privileges account (available in App Store or Play Store)
  2. Go to More > Reward Code > Enter Code
  3. To view the E-Voucher(s), simply go to Wallet > Voucher

 

To use the E-Voucher, just tap on the Earn / Use button in the app.

j. Are there any discounts if we purchase more?

k. What is the expiry of the E-Vouchers?

The expiry date of the E-Vouchers is 12 months from date of issuance.

l. How do we use E-Voucher(s) in participating stores?

Follow these 3 simple steps to utilize your E-Voucher:

1. Inform staff at participating retailers that you intend to use E-Vouchers at point of payment.
2. Tap on the Earn / Use button in the L Privileges app.
3. Allow the staff to scan the QR code and inform them on the E-Vouchers that you would like to use.

m. Can E-Vouchers be transferred to anyone?

Yes, anyone can gift their E-vouchers if the recipient has a L Privileges account by following the steps below:

1. Tap on the E-voucher to be gifted under “Wallet” page and enter the phone number of the recipient.
2. Recipient will receive a SMS on this gift.

 

The E-voucher's terms and conditions and expiry date will remain the same.

n. If there are issues with the L Privileges App or usage of E-Vouchers, what can the recipients do?

Recipients may write in to hello@lprivileges.com if they have any issues with the L Privileges App / usage of E-Vouchers.

o. Can I request for physical gift cards with unique reward codes?

Yes, we can arrange for the printing of physical gift cards with the unique reward codes at additional costs.

10. Troubleshooting

a. I did not receive a mobile OTP upon signup

Please check that the mobile number given is accurate. Mobile number must be a valid 8-digit number registered in Singapore starting with the digits 8 or 9. If you are still experiencing issues receiving mobile OTP, please reach out to our Support team at hello@LPrivileges.com.

b. I can’t login to my account after signing up

Please check the accuracy of your login credentials. You can also reset your password by clicking on the “Log In” >> “Forget Password” in the L Privileges app or via our website at www.LPrivileges.com You will be required to enter the email address that you have registered and an OTP will be emailed to you to reset your password.

If you are already a L Privileges member but do not have a password, follow the steps above to create a password.

c. Where can I update my new mobile number?

If you have changed your mobile number, you can update via the L Privileges app, our website at www.LPrivileges.com or approach any of our Customer Service Counters at Jurong Point or AMK Hub.

You will be required to verify your new mobile number via an OTP process.

d. I cannot remember my password

You can reset your password by clicking on the “Log In” >> “Forget Password” in the L Privileges app or via our website at www.LPrivileges.com. You will be required to enter the email address that you have registered with. An OTP will be emailed to you to reset your password.

If you are already a L Privileges member but do not have a password, follow the steps above to create a password.

e. I did not receive the email OTP when I click on forgot password on the L Privileges App.

If you did not receive email OTP when you clicked on the Forgot Password, you may also proceed to the L Privileges Website to do so.

f. I don’t see the Apple Pay option on L Privileges via my iPhone App and/or website (Safari/Google Chrome) on iOS/Mac.

Enable your Apple Pay on your Apple ID and have at least 1 active card in your Apple Wallet.

If applicable, update your device to the latest version:

- iOS 10.1 or later

- macOS Sierra or later

g. I don’t see the Google Pay option on the L Privileges App via my Android phone

Install & set up the Google Pay app on your device with at least 1 active card. For more information on setting up Google Pay on your device, please refer to: https://pay.google.com/intl/en_sg/about/learn/

h. I don’t see the Google Pay option via the L Privileges website

For browsing on an Apple device, Google Pay is not available on the L Privileges website.

 

For browsing on an Android device, please check the following steps:

a. Install & set up the Google Pay app on your device with at least 1 active card.
For more information on setting up Google Pay on your device, please refer to: https://pay.google.com/intl/en_sg/about/learn/

 b. Ensure that you are using Google Chrome browser and logged in to Google Chrome with the same email address that you have setup Google Pay with in Step a above.

c. Ensure that Google Pay is enabled under Google Chrome's Settings > Privacy and security > Access payment methods

d. Ensure that the Google Pay app is listed under Google Chrome's Settings > Payment methods > Payment apps

e. Ensure that your device Operating System is Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher.

 

For browsing on a computer (Windows), please check the following steps:

a. Ensure that you have a Google account and setup your Google Pay with at least 1 active card.
For more information on setting up Google Pay on your device, please refer to: https://pay.google.com/intl/en_sg/about/learn/

b. Ensure that you are using Google Chrome browser and logged in to Google Chrome with the same email address that you have setup Google Pay with in Step a above.

c. Ensure that Google Pay is enabled under Google Chrome's Settings > Privacy and security > Access payment methods

i. I have completed the transaction but did not receive my voucher or deal.

A valid email address is required in order to purchase the vouchers and/or deals. For the transaction that was made successfully but did not receive the vouchers or deals, please write in to hello@LPrivileges.com for assistance.

For future purchase, please go to the L Privileges app > More > My Profile to update your email address.

j. I don’t see any push notifications from L Privileges app

To receive push notifications from us, please follow the steps below to ensure notifications are enabled on your device. 

1. On the L Privileges app, tap on “MORE” at the navigation bar
2. Go to “My Profile”
3. Check “I agree to Link Property Management (Redwood) Private Limited’s Marketing Consent”
4. Tap on “Marketing Consent” and check “Push Notifications”.
5. Save changes to update your preferences.
6. Go to your device’s notification settings to allow notifications from L Privileges app.
