2. Do I need to spend $50 on all category groups on the same day?

Introduction

1. This Lucky Draw is exclusive to members of the L Privileges Programme (“L Privileges”). Shoppers may download the L Privileges app (the “App”) and sign up as a new member (or log-in as an existing member) to qualify and participate in the Lucky Draw.

2. This Lucky Draw is organized by Link Property Management (Redwood) Private Limited (“Link”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). For the avoidance of doubt, this Lucky Draw is organized and managed solely by Link, and neither Apple (whether via the Apple App Store or otherwise) nor Google (whether via Google Play or otherwise) is the sponsor or connected to the Lucky Draw in any way whatsoever.

3. By participating in this Lucky Draw, such member (i) shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs, including all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto as may from time to time be made by Link, (ii) and the decisions of Link in relation to and in connection with this Lucky Draw.

Campaign Period

4. The campaign period for the earning of points and conversion to chances to enter the Lucky Draw is from 0000 hrs on 27 May to 2359 hrs on 12 July 2026 (both days inclusive).

5. Link reserves the right to adjust the campaign period stated in paragraph 4 at its sole and absolute discretion without any prior notification or assignment of reason thereof.

Entering the Lucky Draw

6. Points accumulated on the App may be redeemed and converted to chances to enter the Lucky Draw.

7. Every 100 points will entitle a member to one (1) chance to participate in the Lucky Draw to win the prizes set out in paragraph 12. Subject to the number of points available in a member’s e-wallet in the App, there shall be no limit to the number of chances a member may redeem.

Eligibility

8. The Lucky Draw is open to all members of L Privileges who possess a valid and live account from the commencement of the campaign period to the Draw Date (both dates inclusive). By participating in the Lucky Draw, you hereby warrant and represent that the information provided under “My Profile” of the App is accurate, complete, and true. Link reserves the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible member in its absolute discretion, if there are any reasonable grounds to believe that such member may have contravened or will contravene any of the T&Cs set out herein.

9. The following persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw:

1. all permanent or contract employees (“Employees”) of Link, whether permanent or contract, including Link’s affiliates, subsidiaries and any related companies; and


2. (if applicable) all agencies and/or service providers engaged by Link (including but not limited to advertising agencies, promotion agencies, printing companies, event management agencies and any persons assisting or who are involved in the Lucky Draw) and their respective Employees and immediate family members.

10. Link shall have sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of Lucky Draw participants and validity of any points, chances, and/or qualifying spending. Such determination shall be final and conclusive and Link shall not be obliged to provide any reason for its determination.

Lucky Draw and Prizes

11. Subject always to paragraph 26, the Lucky Draw will be conducted on 16 July 2026 or such other date as may be determined by Link in its sole and absolute discretion (the “Draw Date”) between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, at the office of Link, which is located at 50 Raffles Place, #15-01/02 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623.

12. On the Draw Date, the following number of winners will be randomly selected for the prizes as stated:

13. The Lucky Draw will be conducted by way of a random computerized electronic draw. A designated representative of Link will be responsible for conducting the draw in the presence of a scrutineer who is not associated with Link or otherwise involved in the conduct of the Lucky Draw.

14. The winners of the Lucky Draw will be notified by email, telephone via call and/or SMS (in accordance with such information provided by the winner in his/her member profile within the App) from 23 July 2026. If a winner does not respond to Link within 7 days of being notified, or fails to comply with any instructions in relation to his/her prize as specified by Link where applicable, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Link shall be entitled to either draw another winner subsequently or donate such prize (where feasible) to a registered charity organization of Link’s choice, at its sole and absolute discretion.

15. The redemption of prizes by the winners will be as follows:

1. For digital prizes which may include (but is not limited to) L Privileges e-vouchers, points, carpark credits or coupon, the same will be automatically credited to such winner’s L Privileges account within 30 days from the Draw Date.


2. For physical prizes, Link will issue an email within seven (7) days from the Draw Date, enclosing the retailer’s acknowledgement letter and/or a coupon with instructions to the winner regarding the collection or redemption of the prize from such retailer’s store or the customer service counter (as the case may be) (collectively, the “Redemption Instructions”). Where the issuance of an email containing the Redemption Instructions is not viable for whatsoever reasons, Link will use reasonable endeavors to contact such winner by phone and request the winner to furnish a valid email address for receipt of the Redemption Instructions, and in the event that such winner remains uncontactable for whatsoever reasons, Link may at its sole and absolute discretion elect to forfeit such prize and either draw another winner or donate the prize to a registered charity organization of Link’s choice.


3. If requested, winners must present valid proof of identity, receipts, and/or other documents for verification in order to claim their prize. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the stipulated time may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

16. All prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash, credits, benefits-in-kind or any other item or otherwise, either partially or wholly. Where prizes contain any specific date for which such prize must be utilized, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained and if any such prize is not utilized by such date, that prize shall be forfeited, and the winner shall not be entitled to any other compensation. Link hereby expressly disclaims any warranties, express or implied, in connection with any prizes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.

17. Link reserves the right to replace any of the prizes with items of similar value at its sole and absolute discretion without any prior notice or assigning of any reason.

18. Link and/or any of the sponsors of the prizes stated in paragraph 12 hereby make no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to any of the prizes. The prizes provided shall be on an “as-is” basis.

19. Link reserves the right to disqualify any winner:
    
    
    
    1. who fails to comply with verification requirements;
    
    
    2. if there are any reasonable grounds to believe that he/she:

Use of Personal Data

21. By entering the Lucky Draw, each participating member is deemed to have agreed and consented to the following:

2. the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data (including but not limited to name, NRIC, FIN or passport number, image, voice and/or likeness, telephone number and email address) by Link and any party involved in organising, promoting or conducting the Lucky Draw, for purposes reasonably required to administer and facilitate the Lucky Draw ("Purposes"). 22. Participating members agree that their consent granted herein supplement but do not supersede nor replace any other consents previously provided to Link.

Liability and Responsibility

23. Link, its Employees, agents or distributors, shall not in any circumstances be liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize or participation in this Lucky Draw except where it is caused or occasioned by the gross negligence or willful default of Link, its Employees, agents or distributors. Each participating member of the Lucky Draw hereby agrees to indemnify Link and hold Link harmless against any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with his or her participation in this Lucky Draw.

24. Link will not be liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, breaches of security, internet line failure, theft, destruction of or unauthorized access to entries, computer glitches (whether or not arising during operations or transmission) as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside of its control relating to the Lucky Draw including but not limited to any error in notification to prize winners.

General

25. The decision of Link regarding any aspect of the Lucky Draw, including eligibility and disqualification, is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

26. Link reserves the right to void, cancel, amend or suspend the Lucky Draw at its sole and absolute discretion.

27. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this Lucky Draw, in particular that relate to the prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Link and its affiliates and contractors are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by, such owners and their relevant affiliates.

28. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the T&Cs herein and any other advertisements, promotional, publicity materials in relation to the Lucky Draw, the T&Cs herein shall prevail.

29. These T&Cs are not intended to confer rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties Act) 2001 of Singapore to enforce any provision of these T&Cs.

Any entries containing incomplete, invalid, or inaccurate information in any field of the form will result in the forfeiture of one (1) Lucky Draw e-chance and will be disqualified.

All submissions are subject to verification of original receipts. Entries will be disqualified if no valid qualifying spending is found or verified.

    2. if there are any reasonable grounds to believe that he/she:
       
       
       
       1. is ineligible for the Lucky Draw;
       
       
       2. may have contravened or will contravene any of the T&Cs set out herein;
       
       
       3. may have committed any fraudulent or dishonest acts; and/or
       
       
       4. may have provided any false, misleading or incomplete information.
       
       
       
       
    
    
    
    

20. In the event that a winner is disqualified, Link may revoke any prize awarded and/or reclaim the prize based on its monetary value (as the case may be). Link also reserves the right to report any fraudulent or dishonest acts to the relevant authorities if deemed necessary, and to permanently bar such person from future promotions.

Use of Personal Data

21. By entering the Lucky Draw, each participating member is deemed to have agreed and consented to the following:
    
    
    
    1. the terms and conditions of Link's Privacy Policy at: https://sg.linkreit.com/privacy-policy/,  as amended from time to time, which are deemed incorporated into these T&Cs; and
    
    
    2. the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data (including but not limited to name, NRIC, FIN or passport number, image, voice and/or likeness, telephone number and email address) by Link and any party involved in organising, promoting or conducting the Lucky Draw, for purposes reasonably required to administer and facilitate the Lucky Draw ("Purposes"). These Purposes include, without limitation:
       
       
       
       1. identity verification and prize fulfilment;
       
       
       2. fraud prevention and detection;
       
       
       3. responding to queries and feedback;
       
       
       4. providing marketing, advertising and promotional material;
       
       
       5. conducting consumer analysis and market research;
       
       
       6. complying with applicable laws and regulations.
       
       
       
       
    
    
    3. In the event of winning a prize, Link reserves the right to use, publish and/or disclose the winner's name, image, voice, and likeness, for advertising, marketing, and/or promotional purposes, as it deems appropriate. For the avoidance of doubt, such use, publication, and/or disclosure will be without compensation or liability to the individual.
    
    
    
    

22. Participating members agree that their consent granted herein supplement but do not supersede nor replace any other consents previously provided to Link.

Liability and Responsibility

23. Link, its Employees, agents or distributors, shall not in any circumstances be liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize or participation in this Lucky Draw except where it is caused or occasioned by the gross negligence or willful default of Link, its Employees, agents or distributors. Each participating member of the Lucky Draw hereby agrees to indemnify Link and hold Link harmless against any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with his or her participation in this Lucky Draw.

24. Link will not be liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, breaches of security, internet line failure, theft, destruction of or unauthorized access to entries, computer glitches (whether or not arising during operations or transmission) as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside of its control relating to the Lucky Draw including but not limited to any error in notification to prize winners.

General

25. The decision of Link regarding any aspect of the Lucky Draw, including eligibility and disqualification, is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

26. Link reserves the right to void, cancel, amend or suspend the Lucky Draw at its sole and absolute discretion.

27. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this Lucky Draw, in particular that relate to the prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Link and its affiliates and contractors are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by, such owners and their relevant affiliates.

28. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the T&Cs herein and any other advertisements, promotional, publicity materials in relation to the Lucky Draw, the T&Cs herein shall prevail.

29. These T&Cs are not intended to confer rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties Act) 2001 of Singapore to enforce any provision of these T&Cs.

30. These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participating members and winners agree to irrevocably and unconditionally submit any claim or dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

CDC SPECIAL REBATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The promotion is exclusive to L Privileges members.


2. All shoppers can download the L Privileges mobile app and sign up within the App as a L Privileges member to qualify and participate.


3. Redemptions are subjected to a first-come, first-served and while stocks last basis.


4. The L Privileges Vouchers will expire on 30 September 2026.


5. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase at Customer Service Counter JP2 L3 or AMK Hub L2 from 10am – 10 pm daily (last redemption at 9.45pm).


6. Original receipt(s) must be presented at point of redemption.       


7. No combination of purchases across accounts allowed. Spending transactions have to be credited to the same account.


8. Strictly no reservation, exchange, and refund of redemptions.


9. Vouchers are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.


10. Credit card/NETS charge slip, handwritten, duplicate or re-print receipt(s) are not eligible
