L Privileges Members’ Spin & Win (the “Game”)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Introduction
1. This Game is exclusive to members of the L Privileges Programme (“L Privileges”). Shoppers may download the L Privileges app (the “App”) and sign up as a new member (or log-in as an existing member) to qualify and participate in the Game.
2. This Game is organized by Link Property Management (Redwood) Private Limited (“Link”) and is located within the App.Each member’s playing of the Game shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).
3. By participating in the Game, such member (i) shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs, including all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto as may from time to time be made by Link, (ii) and the decisions of Link in relation to and in connection with this Game.
Campaign Period
4. The campaign period for the earning of Game Chances to play the Game is from 1000 hrs on 2 February 2026 to 2359 hrs on 31 March 2026 (both days inclusive).
5. Link reserves the right to adjust the campaign period stated in paragraph 4 at its sole and absolute discretion without any prior notification or assignment of reason thereof.
Conversion of Points to Game Chances
6. Points accumulated on the App may be redeemed and converted to chances to play the Game (each a “Game Chance”).
7. Every 200 Points will entitle a member to one (1) Game Chance to win the prizes set out in paragraph 8. Subject to the number of points available in a member’s e-wallet in the App, there shall be no limit to the number of Game Chances a member may redeem.
Playing the Game and Prizes
8. Members may utilise the Game Chances by playing the Game and stand a chance at winning the prizes. The outcome of the Game is instantaneous in nature.
9. The prizes that may be won from playing the Game are as follows:
a. Gold Bar 1g worth $312
b. Electronic products
c. Carpark credits
d. Up to 5,000 Points
e. Retailer’s E-Coupons
10. For digital prizes which may include (but is not limited to) L Privileges e-vouchers, points, carpark credits or coupons, these will be automatically credited to the winner’s L Privileges account. For physical prizes, Link will issue an email within 7 days from the date of the relevant Game containing the retailer’s acknowledgement letter and/or a coupon with instructions to the winner regarding the collection or redemption of the prize from such retailer’s store or the customer service counter (as the case may be) (collectively, the “Redemption Instructions”). Where the issuance of an email containing the Redemption Instructions is not viable for whatsoever reasons, Link will use reasonable endeavors to contact such winner by phone and request the winner to furnish a valid email address for receipt of the Redemption Instructions, and in the event that such winner remains uncontactable for whatsoever reasons, Link may, at its sole and absolute discretion, elect to forfeit such prize and donate the same to a registered charity organization of Link’s choice.
11. If requested, winners must present valid proof of identity, receipts, and/or other documents for verification in order to claim their prize. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the stipulated time may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
12. All prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash, credits, benefits-in-kind or any other item or otherwise, either partially or wholly. Where prizes contain any specific date for which such prize must be utilized, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained and if any such prize is not utilized by such date, that prize shall be forfeited, and the winner shall not be entitled to any other compensation. Link hereby expressly disclaims any warranties, express or implied, in connection with any prizes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
13. Link reserves the right to replace any of the prizes with items of similar value at its sole and absolute discretion without any prior notice or assigning of any reason.
14. Link and/or any of the sponsors of the prizes stated in paragraph 9 hereby make no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to any of the prizes. The prizes provided shall be on an “as-is” basis.
15. Link reserves the right to disqualify any winner:
a. who fails to comply with verification requirements;
b. if there are any reasonable grounds to believe that he/she:
i. is ineligible to participate in the Game;
ii. may have contravened or will contravene any of the T&Cs set out herein;
iii. may have committed any fraudulent and dishonest activities; and/or
iv. may have provided any false, misleading or incomplete information.
16. In the event that a winner is disqualified, Link may revoke any prize awarded and/or reclaim the prize based on its monetary value (as the case may be). Link also reserves the right to report any fraudulent or dishonest acts to the relevant authorities if deemed necessary, and to permanently bar such person from future promotions.
Use of Personal Data
17. By playing the Game, each participating member is deemed to have agreed and consented to the following:
a. the terms and conditions of Link's Privacy Policy at:https://sg.linkreit.com/privacy-policy/,as amended from time to time, which are deemed incorporated into these T&Cs; and
b. the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data (including but not limited to name, NRIC, FIN or passport number, image, voice and/or likeness, telephone number and email address) by Link and any party involved in organising, promoting or conducting the Game, for purposes reasonably required to administer and facilitate the Game ("Purposes"). These Purposes include, without limitation:
i. identity verification and prize fulfilment;
ii. fraud prevention and detection;
iii. responding to queries and feedback;
iv. providing marketing, advertising and promotional material;
v. conducting consumer analysis and market research;
vi. complying with applicable laws and regulations.
c. In the event of winning a prize, Link reserves the right to use, publish and/or disclose, the winner's name, image, voice, and likeness, for advertising, marketing, and/or promotional purposes, as it deems appropriate. For the avoidance of doubt, such use, publication, and/or disclosure will be without compensation or liability to the individual.
18. Participating members agree that their consent granted herein supplement but do not supersede nor replace any other consents previously provided to Link.
Liability and Responsibility
19. Link, its employees (whether permanent or contract), agents or distributors, shall not in any circumstances be liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize or participation in the Game except where it is caused or occasioned by the gross negligence or willful default of Link, its employees, agents or distributors. Each participating member of the Game hereby agrees to indemnify Link and hold Link harmless against any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with his or her participation in the Game.
20. Link will not be liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, breaches of security, internet line failure, theft, destruction of or unauthorized access to entries, computer glitches (whether or not arising during operations or transmission) as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside of its control relating to the Game, including but not limited to any error in notification to prize winners.
General
21. The decision of Link regarding any aspect of the Game, including eligibility and disqualification, is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
22. Link reserves the right to void, cancel, amend or suspend the Game at its sole and absolute discretion.
23. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with the Game, in particular that relate to the prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Link and its affiliates and contractors are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by, such owners and their relevant affiliates.
24. These T&Cs shall be without prejudice to the terms and conditions governing the use of the App and L Privileges. However, in the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the T&Cs herein and any of the aforesaid or any other advertisements, promotional, publicity materials in relation to the Game, the T&Cs herein shall prevail.
25. These T&Cs are not intended to confer rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties Act) 2001 of Singapore to enforce any provision of these T&Cs.
26. These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participating members and winners agree to irrevocably and unconditionally submit any claim or dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Discounted E-Voucher Terms and Conditions
- Promotion is valid between 2 February – 31 March 2026, or while stocks last.
- Purchase limit for the E-Voucher is capped at two (2) E-Vouchers per member.
- Each E-Voucher is valid until 30 September 2026. No extension of the validity period shall be granted.
- The E-Voucher is valid for use at all retailers except for Supermarkets/Hypermarkets/Specialty Marts.
- The value of each E-Voucher is denominated in Singapore currency.
- E-Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and no refund shall be given if the value of the E-Voucher presented at a participating retailer exceeds the amount payable.
- E-Vouchers, once issued, cannot be exchanged for any physical Vouchers or Points of any value.
- Subject always to Clause 8A(b) in the Programme T&C, the aggregate value of the E-Vouchers held in a Member’s eWallet shall not at any time exceed S$1,000.00.
- Multiple E-Vouchers may be used for the same transaction at participating retailers, unless otherwise stated.
- E-Voucher cannot be replaced if it has been unlawfully obtained, or has expired or been voided, or is or appears to be a counterfeit or altered or tampered with.
- Participating retailers may not accept any E-Vouchers which, in its opinion, has been unlawfully obtained, or has expired or been voided, or is or appears to be a counterfeit or altered or tampered with.
- E-Vouchers shall not (a) be used for or in connection in any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or activity, or (b) except with the prior approval of The Management, be used for or in connection with any business or commercial purpose or activity.
- The Management shall not be responsible for any claim, demand, loss, cost, expense, or liability of any kind, which may be suffered or incurred by any person (a) in using or attempting to use any E-Vouchers, (b) in relation to any goods and/or services provided or to be provided by a participating retailers, or (c) in connection with any act or omission by a participating retailer.
- These T&Cs shall be without prejudice to the terms and conditions governing the use of the App and L Privileges. However, in the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the T&Cs herein and any of the aforesaid or any other advertisements, promotional, publicity materials in relation to the Game, the T&Cs herein shall prevail.
L Privileges’ Referral Programme Terms and Conditions
For Referrer
- The referral program is open to all existing L Privileges members (“Referrer”) from 15 Jan to 31 Mar 2026 (“Campaign period”).
- Referrer may share their referral codes to anybody (“referee”) who has not sign up as an L Privileges member (“Referee”) during the Campaign period.
- A referral is deemed as successful only when the referee signs up using the referral code and complete all the profile information.
- For every successful sign-up referred, the Referrer will receive a $5 L Privileges E-Voucher, capped at a maximum of 10 redemption during the Campaign period.
- Limited to the 1,680 redemptions during the Campaign period, on a first-come first-served while stocks last basis.
For Referee
6. Referee must download the L Privileges App (“App”) and sign up using a valid referral code.
7. Referee must enter the referral code at the point of membership registration to qualify for the $5 L Privileges e-Voucher reward.
8. Upon successful registration, the Referee will receive a $5 L Privileges E-Voucher.
9. Limited to the first 1,680 sign-ups during the Campaign period, on a first-come first-served while stocks last basis.
General
10. All $5 E-Vouchers are valid for six (6) months and is available for use at all participating retailers except supermarket/hypermarket.
11. All E-Vouchers will be credited into the E-Wallet of the respective referrers / referees account within 7 working days.
12. All referrals are subjected to verification by the Management as and when required.
13. The Management reserves the right to disqualify any referrers / referees who engages in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive behaviour, creates multiple or fake accounts; or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions, including the L Privileges terms of use.
14. Disqualified referrers / referees may forfeit any accrued or pending rewards.
15. All referrals are subject to verification by the Management.
16. The Management’s decisions on all matters relating to the Programme shall be final. L Privileges’ terms of use shall continue to apply.
17. The Management may amend, suspend, or terminate the Programme or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
18. Shoppers can choose to sign up with a referral code or a promotional code; however, only one code may be used per registration.
DCS Cardmember Promotion Terms and Conditions
- Promotion is valid from 13 November 2025 to 31 Mar 2026, both days inclusive.
- To be eligible for the redemption, each purchase must be made by you personally at a participating Retailer’s store and must amount to a minimum of $20 nett in a single receipt, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be made by a valid DCS card.
- Transactions must be scanned personally at the point of purchase via the member QR code within the same-day, same-mall on the L Privileges App. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same account.
- Present same-day, same-mall receipt, DCS Credit Card, and charge slip at the Customer Service counters for redemption.
- For redemption with digital FairPrice receipts, shoppers may be required to show the registered name/ mobile number/ email in the FairPrice app to verify against L Privileges account.
- A minimum spend of $80 (including supermarket), accumulated across up to three (3) same-day, same-mall receipts, entitles the shopper to receive one (1) $10 voucher, regardless of the total spend.
- Limited to 3 redemptions per member per day per mall for the entire campaign period. While stocks last. Limited to first 691 redemptions only. Other T&Cs apply.
- Redemption at Customer Service Counter only on a first-come-first-served, while stocks last basis.
- AMK Hub (L2) from 10am to 10pm, last redemption at 9.45pm
- Jurong Point (L3) from 10am to 10pm, last redemption at 9.45pm
