General Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion is exclusive to L Privileges members to qualify for any redemption.


2. L Privileges members are required to present their member QR code at the point of transaction and ensure transactions have been captured in their member account to qualify.


3. Members must scout and snap photos of all four (4) different floor stickers in the mall, in partnership with Families for Life, present the photos at Level 2 Customer Service Counter to redeem gift.


4. A set of four (4) photos of the different floor stickers can only be used for one (1) redemption. Limited to four (4) redemptions per shopper for the entire campaign period.


5. Redemption of gifts must be made in person on the same day photos are taken during stated promotion periods at Level 2 Customer Service Counter, unless otherwise stated. Redemption cannot be done on behalf of third party.


6. Redemptions are open to all Singapore citizens, permanent residents and foreigners except for staff from AMK Hub’s outlets.


7. Limited to the first 1,800 redemptions. Gifts are distributed at random. Strictly while stocks last and subject to availability.


8. Strictly no reservation, exchange and/or refund of redemptions/gifts.


9. Gifts are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.


10. All images published are for illustration purposes only. AMK Hub reserves all rights to change the items without prior notice. Other terms & conditions apply.


11. The organizer reserves the right to end it prematurely and the right to turn away any customer/shopper, without any reason given.

3. A minimum spend of $60/ $120 (Supermarket receipt) in a single receipt is required for redemption.


4. Receipts can only be used for one (1) redemption, unless otherwise stated. Limited to the first 500 redemptions. Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper per day, regardless of total spending.


5. Redemption of sure-win claw machine game chance must be made in person on the same day of receipt during stated promotion periods at L2 Customer Service Counter from 12pm – 8pm to receive one (1) claw chance, unless otherwise stated. Redemption cannot be done on behalf of third party.


6. Original same-day receipt(s) must be presented at point of redemption.


7. All original receipt(s) received by shoppers after 10pm will be eligible for redemption(s) the following day. Subject to availability. No further extension shall be given thereafter.


8. No combination of purchases across accounts allowed. Spending transactions must be credited to the same account.
