From a helpful cashier to a friendly retail assistant, every act of exceptional service matters. Through this campaign, shoppers can nominate outstanding frontline staff who’ve made a difference — and stand a chance to win rewards too!

How it Works

Shoppers can submit a nomination for any frontline staff at AMK Hub who has impressed them with their friendliness, attentiveness, or outstanding service here --> go.lprivileges.sg/amkssa26 from 1 Mar - 31 May 2026.

Votes will be tabulated for each nomimee and at the end of June 2026, 5 winners will be recognised as our AMK Hub Season 2 Service Stars 2026. For every shopper who nominated a Service Star staff, the shopper will automatically enter a draw to win e-Vouchers!

New Member Exclusive Reward

In conjunction with this campaign, shoppers can also enjoy a sign-up reward at participating stores.

Sign up as a new L Privileges member at the following participating tenants:

New members who sign up using the store’s unique promo code found in stores will receive 5,000 L Privileges points (worth $5).

Simply scan the QR code displayed in-store, download the L Privileges app, and enter the promo code before completing registration.

General Terms & Conditions

1. This campaign is open to all shoppers at AMK Hub.


2. All frontline staff working at AMK Hub tenant outlets are eligible for nomination.


3. Campaign period: 1 Mar – 31 May 2026.


4. Shoppers may submit multiple nominations, but each submission must be for a different service encounter.


5. Winners of the shopper lucky draw will be selected at random from all valid nominations received during the campaign period.


6. 5 Service Staff Winners will each receive $120 AMK Hub e-vouchers, a badge and a certificate.


7. 5 Shopper Winners will each receive $50 AMK Hub e-vouchers.


8. Only L Privileges members are eligible to receive e-voucher prizes. Non-members may sign up before prize disbursement.


9. E-vouchers will be credited to winners' L Privileges accounts by end June 2026.


10. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and valid for use only at participating outlets.


11. AMK Hub reserves the right to verify the identity of nominators and nominated staff before awarding prizes.


12. AMK Hub reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.


13. In the event of disputes, the decision of AMK Hub Management will be final.
