Shoppers need to scan their QR code in the mobile app when paying in-store at participating retailers. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same account. 

Limited to maximum 18 E-Coupons per member per day. The E-coupons will be credited automatically to members’ app wallet. It can be found in L Privileges members’ app wallet under Lucky Draw.

The total E-coupons accumulated in members’ app wallet will be eligible for redemption of Spend and Redeem items.

Limited to 1 redemption per tier daily per member. Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis. While stocks last.

1. The promotion is exclusive to L Privileges members only. Eligible shoppers are required to present their member QR code at the point of transaction and ensure transactions have been captured in same member account.


2. All shoppers can download the mobile app and sign up within the App as a member to qualify and participate.


3. Limited to max. 18 E-Coupons per member daily. The E-Coupons will be shown in the App e-wallet.


4. The E-Coupons can be found in members’ app wallet under Lucky Draw. The total coupons accumulated will be eligible for redemption of Spend and Redeem items.


5. E-coupons earned during the stipulated period is not transferable, unused coupons will be forfeited after the event.


6. Limited to 1 redemption per tier daily per member.


7. Redemptions are subjected on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.


8. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase at Customer Service Counter JP2 L3 from 10am – 10 pm daily (last redemption at 9.45pm).


9. Original receipt(s) must be presented at point of redemption.        


10. No combination of purchases across accounts allowed. Spending transactions have to be credited to the same account.


11. Strictly no reservation, exchange, and refund of redemptions/premiums.


12. Vouchers and premiums are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.


13. Credit card/NETS charge slip, handwritten, duplicate or re-print receipt(s) are not eligible.


14. Receipts from Singpost transactions, parking coupons, cashcard/stored-value card top-ups, membership card, purchase of gift vouchers, AXS/SAM machine transactions, bill payments, lottery tickets, money changers, banks, financial services, medical clinics, pushcarts and atrium roadshows are not eligible for redemptions.
