General Terms & Conditions
- Promotion is exclusive to L Privileges members to qualify for any redemption.
- L Privileges members are required to present their member QR code at the point of transaction and ensure transactions have been captured in their member account to qualify.
- A minimum spend of $38 in a single receipt at participating retailers is required to quality to purchase the reward at $8.
- Payment collection will be strictly via PayNow provided.
- Receipts can only be used for one (1) redemption, unless otherwise stated.Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper per day, regardless of total spending.
- Redemption of gifts must be made in person on the same day during stated promotion periods at Level 2 Customer Service Counter, unless otherwise stated. Redemption cannot be done on behalf of third party.
- All original receipt(s) received by shoppers after 10pm will be eligible for redemption(s) the following day. Subject to availability. No further extension shall be given thereafter.
- No combination of purchases across accounts allowed. Spending transactions must be credited to the same account.
- Redemptions are open to all Singapore citizens, permanent residents and foreigners except for staff from Swing By @ Thomson Plaza ’s outlets.
- Strictly no reservation, exchange and/or refund of redemptions/gifts.
- Vouchers and gifts are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
- Credit card/NETS charge slip, handwritten, duplicate or re-print receipt(s) are not eligible.
- Receipts from Singpost transactions, parking coupons, cashcard/stored-value card top-ups, membership card, purchase of gift vouchers, AXS/SAM machine transactions, bill payments, lottery tickets, money changers, banks, financial services, medical clinics, pushcarts and atrium roadshows are not eligible for redemptions.
